Last night’s supper: asparagus and pancetta pizza with muenster and ricotta cheese. Yum. It’s a variation of my food column recipe for last week (click the picture). Tonight, it’s leftovers of this with a fried egg on top. Very yum.

A full and meaningful day, with more left to do tomorrow.

The whimsical joy I get from writing a weekly food column, and hearing from random people at 90th birthday parties, community services and grocery store parking lots who read said column and enjoy the recipes.

The sound of wind chimes outside the window.
